Are the police officers right or wrong in the way they handled the matter. Some would argue that the Philadelphia Police force is way too hostile. However One would argue that with all the cop killing going on in the Philadelphia Area, they have every right to think prematurely and treat all as potential threats. Are they protecting the public by handling the matter with force?
